A man in Wales entered a cake-eating contest at a nightclub... and dies!
An unidentified man, believed to be from Birmingham, collapsed after consuming fairy cakes at the Monkey Cafe and Bar the other night. Patrons and workers there tried to revive him, then contacted authorities, who pronounced him dead. While there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death, no one seems to know why the man keeled-over.
The contest was to raise funds for an art exhibition.
