Pre-Employment Screening

The world is a different place these days. That may be a cliché, but it's a cliché because it's true! Some blame a failure of society - a moral failing in the relaxation of mores - while others blame the introduction of powerful, new drugs and a general distrust of the government and authority, in general. It's a complex discussion we haven't time to get into in this post, but this is the reason so many employers insist on pre-employment screening.

Again, it's a complex issue, with some insisting it is a violation of their rights, but I truly believe an employer, or business, has the right to know the character of whomever they are hiring.
