Joint Pain Relief

Regular readers know of my many medical ailments, many of which are pain-related. I played percussion since I was about 6-7 years old (the trapkit, specifically) and began playing heavy metal - speed-metal, specifically - when I was 12-13. Twenty years on, I suffer from arthritis, bursitis, and the cervical stenosis for which I recently underwent surgery. All of these are chronic pain conditions related to joint stress and repetitive motion strain.
