Things What Done Fell from the Sky - Shower of Toads, Versailles

An M. Heard reported that toads bounced off his umbrella and hopped about on the pavement around him for up to 1200 feet one day in June, 1833 in Jouy-en-Josas near Versailles, France. Heard said the toads were as numerous as the raindrops.
