Working for the government is no mean feat and requires constant skills updating. If you are an enrolled agent, you have to recertified every one to three years. You should be enrolled in ea continuing education courses at least part of every year.
In this day and age, one of these should definitely be an ea ethics course. You can protect yourself as much as any client by taking an ethics course. Of course, it also keeps you thinking about situations that might arise and how best to handle them, assuring you remain on your toes when dealing with customers.
Working for the IRS can be stressful, as it requires a lot of knowledge and dedication. Because workers must meet a minimum of hours every year, they must be enrolled in courses for at least part of every year. Online courses and preparation can help immensely.
