A mysterious, somewhat "featureless" figure spooked a family of three and a taxi driver late on a February night on the Ewell bypass. While the press was quick to label it Spring Heeled Jack, at least one expert was correct in saying that Spring Heeled Jack appeared in the late 19th Century and has not been seen since. He spit blue flames in peoples' faces and attacked women. The only similarity is that both figures bound in superhuman leaps.
The mysterious figure has been seen before this, as well. It has many paranormal experts assuming it is an apparition of some sort, though talk of aliens has also been made. Whatever the case, people are apparently seeing something near Nescot College.
