A couple in Leeds, ME says they spotted a large, hairy, manlike figure crossing the road between the Greene and Leeds towns on March 8th. This is just one more of many such Bigfoot sightings in the immediate area over the last 25 years. In fact, there have been so many Bigfoot sightings in the Leeds area that it has attracted the scrutiny of one cryptozoologist who says he barely got into town before people were literally stopping him to discuss their own sightings and the stories they had heard.
Leeds is close to the area in which a "strange creature" was discovered a few years back. The creature turned out to be a rare breed of dog. The story was covered on our earlier blog site, which was hosted by a company that went under.
