Bucketful of Heads Demands "Structured Approach to Anger Management"

A 32-year old man entered the St. Andrew's precinct police station in Grenada with a bucket containing two severed human heads. Police later found two mutilated corpses in a field. They say the man is a suspect.

While the crime has shocked the small country of Grenada, Prime Minister Tillman Thomas said it underscores the need for a "structured approach to anger management."

True story.
