News on Normandy Nessie

While one Florida citizen swears he has been videotaping a serpentine creature he calls "Normandy Nessie" behind his house for over a year now, many remain skeptical. However, a visiting Ohio family says they too have seen a snake-like creature in the area. While video captured on a cell phone proved inconclusive, the couple's description of the creature is distinctly similar to that of Normandy Nessie: A 20-30' "serpent."

Experts say it's possible that Normandy Nessie could be an anaconda, but it is highly unlikely, as the snake would not stay in the saltwater. The creature was last spotted in June, but the Ohio couple claim their sighting was on Monday of this week.
