I hope everyone had a safe and fun New Year. I did all but nothing, though I was awake when the clock turned the corner. Actually, this year, I did eat black-eyed peas and collard greens. Not sure what either is supposed to do, but I was told that eating greens is supposed to ensure a financially successful year, and God knows I could use about 20 of those in a row, so I figured what the heck?
Let us look forward to this new year with high hopes.... and shit.
