A 33-year-old Argentinian woman survived a fall from the 23rd-story when she landed on top of a taxi. The cabbie driving the taxi said he noticed a policeman looking up at the woman before she jumped. The cab driver fled the taxi moments before the woman came crashing down on top of it. "If I hadn't got out, I'd be dead," he told reporters. The woman is in intensive care.
